Where to spend and where to save

I just read this article and felt a bit better about my shopping habits.

Based on this article, look for higher quality and the pricier versions of:

-leather jackets,

-bras,

-jeans (I would say, only when it fits you like a dream)

-black sheath dresses (could be in other colors as long as the color looks good on you)

-blazers,

…and save money and go with less expensive versions of:

-skirts,

-summer sandals,

-formal dresses,

-printed pants.

I would add to the list of items to splurge on:

-a great/classic winter coat,

-handbags,

-your hair cut and color.
