How to perk up a drab army green outfit?  By adding a happy tangerine coat. It's the season for it, isn't it?

Tree lighting

A pretty cozy outfit for our town tree lighting ceremony but I wasn't expecting the thunderstorm and shower that followed it!

Thanksgiving dinner

Don't underestimate the power of a classic leather jacket to elevate a tunic and jeggings outfit. If your jacket is as soft and buttery as mine, you would be on cloud nine!

Green goodness

My green cowl neck sweater is as old as my green suede Furla bag. Despite their age both have the ability to make an outfit... what more can I ask?1

Cranberries and clouds

I think I've perfected the art of dressing for late night super market runs: dressing as though you are wearing your lounge clothes, add something cozy because those isles are freezing, add something structured and polished because you don't want to look like total slob and a dash of lipstick!

Wrap and pizza

Late night pizza binge requires comfortable and cozy clothing. I assure you of the comfort of my new wrap top!

Pipped dress

I fell in love with the pattern and details of this dress as soon as I saw it. The pipping is in red but most of the flowers and embroidery in orange. So I made an amalgam!

a low contrast look for a low key day... good for window shopping... I'm putting ahold on shopping for the near future!

Duster cardigan

I love a long cardigan even one that is as thin as a T-shirt. There is something empowering in that flowing hemline!

For the love of suede

Mixing neutral shades so I can wear my beige suede jacket. Not a big sacrifice since the jacket is the softest coziest thing ever!

Suede mini skirt

The addiction to suede mini skirts is a hard habit to break. Harder still is remembering to wear all these mini skirts with booties and bare legs when the weather is the right temperature for such a combo!

Blue politics

A not too subtle nod to my favorite political party... no need to elaborate we all suffered this week.

Double Plaid

What is Fall without plaid? It would lack something like a hot chocolate without marshmallows.
Double the pleasure, double the plaid? Sure, why not!

Cream and brick

Debuting my gorgeous new bag and wearing cream in its honor!
One thing I don't recommend is walking around for  hours on 3.5 inch heels!

Rainy day

Finally an outfit for a rainy day! I paired this scandalously short dress with a pair of leggings but our unexpectedly cold weather still got to me!

Army green is warm and cozy for fall but I think the perfect fall fabric is suede.
