I’m looking for ways to wear my polka dot shorts without
looking like a kindergartner. So far, I found out that thin slouchy sweaters and
silk tops are good matches for these shorts. Also I can add a blazer or jacket
to dress it up. As for colors, I’m still drawing blanks. What can I pair my polka
dotted navy shorts with aside from white and red and navy?
